When the rocky is in 1st gear and under load, at high revs, it sometimes jumps out of gear. Really starting to p*ss me off, and dangerous when going down steep hills I've had too many near misses because of it.
Has anybody had any similar problems or know how to fix it? I have been told that the only way to fix it is a gear box rebuild and that is too many $$$.

1st gear problems

We have an Applause that used to do this in second. If you came into a corner and dropped it back to two and let the engine brake it it would often pop out.
We were also told a gearbox rebuild was the order, but had to replace the clutch before then and somehow it didnt do it with the new clutch, four years on and no sign of it.
