Anybody got a pic of a 3Ltr turboed diesel hilux accelerator cable?

Need to see the total length, firewall end as well as the throttle end.

They were cable for a year or 2 then they changed to wire.

I haven`t seen one but was told by a mate that bought one new when they 1st came out that the cable went to the drivers side (he is diesel machanic so should know what he was looking at), a 2.8 cable goes across the motor to the passengers side and is WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to long for my 1UZ, even the cable that came with the half cut is longer then I want :roll:

guts the petrols have a shorter acc cable to the drivers side 2.

i have one sitting in my shed i can measure it for ya and if its the right size its yours

Cool thanks that would be great. The measurements I need are the overall length, the length of the thread at the motor end and the length of the cable that is past the threaded bit.

overall = 830mm
treaded bit = 30mm
cable travel = 160mm

Thanks dude, but its a bit long (could make it work, just look dicky)
biggest thing the thread is to short, wouldn`t have any adjustment.
