i have a model of a jimny, shortened wheelbase, big tyres, a little bit comical really. I havn't put it together yet.

Some of the model/toy shops have those models here in Brisbane.
Suzuki Vitara JX 1.6 EFI Hardtop.
Calmini Lift, Rockhopper, Skid Plates, ARB Airlocker, Bullbar, 30" MTR, Custom Sill Sliders, Rear Bar.

I've seen a Tamiya-made (I think) Samurai model in the "gamesworld" store at belmont forum. Think it was $30 or something last year. I was tempted to buy it but couldnt find it when I went back later.

I'll keep an eye out.

I have one of these kits! It is still in pieces unstarted! May sell it ! :D

Also have a dual cab Hilux kit (yes I know wrong section) but it has swampers that would be about 35-36's :armsup:

I bought one of the Jimny models, then bought a Dick Smith remote 4x4 of the same size and swapped bodies......got a remote control Jimny now :D
DRS smells like a cat-food milkshake... and wet socks... and gorgonzola cheese... all whizzed up in a blender

Fuji make a cool sierra
Tamiya make little batt powered NT sierra and a Jimny
you can search on ebay can normally get the for about $15
V6 GV , Body Lift , Calmini , 255/70 BF MTR
