would the standard 100 series drive line be able to hand a set of 34's? or should i look at something a little smaller?

ill stick with my decision and go and get the 34's.

another question when should i start to think about doing my diff ratios?

should i only bother with them if i want to go above 35" tyres?

you already have 4.3's which is fine for 35" rubber.
