Bodylift on a 60
Mate has asked me to do a bodylift on his 60, I've done GQ's GU's and my Lux, But I've never looked under a 60, apart from blocks is anything else I need to do, does 60 need steering shaft extended like a Lux, or any mods to brake lines etc. He doesn't live close by so I won't see it till day I'm doin it, so any pointers would be appreciated.
Try not to let your mind wander...It is too
small and fragile to be out by itself.
small and fragile to be out by itself.
It has been discussed a few times.
Hope this helps.

I just finished a 2 inch lift on my FJ60, apart from being sold the wrong length bolts it was pretty straight forward. There should be enough length in brake lines etc. I lowered the radiator by drilling new holes 2 inches below the originals. The only problem I am still having is the transfer case lever hitting the floor when I shift to 4H and 4L, I will probably just cut a bit more of the floor out but if I was doing it again I would prefer to bend the lever instead. Good luck and give yourself a bit more time than you think your going to need...
