I just picked up a turbo of TD42T off here also for $1000. It is currently sitting on my passenger seat.
Mind you I would much rather have the turbo and intercooler he just fitted to the GU.

Yep all I need is a some neew gaskets, oil and water lines and a new exhaust (which I need anyhow).
Also got the filter box as well, with near new filter.

That's right Steve (spider) I got the one of Matty Bolger for $1000 and also bought one from Nick (Gold Coast 4WD Wreckers) for a mate for $1500. Both complete units. You just have to plumb in the oil feed and oil return lines and water feed water return lines.
Cheers
