Only the High Mount has oil.

In your low mount 10,000 you need to strip the winch down and re-grease the gearbox.

The Warn website had exploded diagrams for my low mount when I stripped it down and re-greased it. Makes life easier when you know you've but it back together in the right way!!

Becareful using too much grease though, as it creates enough resistance to make free-spooling the winch rope out difficult.

I used high temp marine grease.
