Heater hose

Try a parts speacialist. Look in the local yellow pages. Somebody should be able to at least order it in. otherwise you may have to order it from toyoto but could be $$$$

Most heater hose is 1/2" or 5/8". Standard size . Buy by the Meter. From Repco, Supercheap, Bursons even Toyota etc etc etc
It will bend around corners if you slighltly change its routing.
Buy new screw type clamps too.

Agreed, Take the old ones to somewhere like Supercheap and get something close to it. Cut it shorter if need be. I found a set for two different model Commodores can be adapted for my Rocky. Mackays should make a hose for your vehicle.
