gq bottom radiator hose

I've heard that you can get a bottom radiator hose with a spring in it from a falcon to fit a gq are they the same or do i just have to put the spring from the falcon hose into my gq one?

Just the spring, but only if yours is collapsing.

will this collapse when warm at idol or only under load?

sometimes if your radiator is blocked internally it cannot flow enough coolant for the pump and the bottom hose sucks in!!

i got a brand new 3 core so hopefully not blocked already :!:
