a few hilux questions.. :D

Post by eed-250 »

Hey again guys.
I looked at a 88 Hilux single cab. It is cheap, and has a blown head gasket.
Would i be better off just buying a new recon engine?? What would be a good engine to put in? Are 22r's better then 18r's? How much are recon engines usually?
Also what am i looking at for converting it to power steering? How much and what do i need?
What about converting to air con too?
Ill be doing alot of city and coutnry driving and i cbf with no powersteering...

allso quick question, in the dirt, do you notice the fact u have no powersteering or does it feel lighter?

I really appreicate the help guys! cheers!
