Hey all
Is there any special technique to removing the half shafts from the rear diff?
the bearings have collapesed and seal chewed out.
I have removed the wheel & brake drum
Undone the Brake backing plate, brake lines and hand brake
How do I get the shaft out? it's all sloppy but I cant slide it out, should it just slide out or does it requre special treatment?
Thanks for any info

use your tyre as a slide hammer (put it back on with only a couple of nuts on but dont do the nuts up much as you want it to slide on the studs )
