Anyone near Newcastle?

Hi all my name is Braden and I am a study abroad student from the states and im currently at Newcastle Uni in NSW. I was wondering if any of you guys on this board are located near me in Newcastle and would be kind enough to maybe let me tag along and see what Australian wheeling is like. I hope im not coming off as a like a leach or something I just want to see what things are like around here, get into the bush and make some local friends. Also, im more than willing and would enjoy helping people work on there rigs, as im far from mine and I need something to do. Wow, that kinda sounded like I just typed something for a dating service but whatever. There are a few people on the board that are uni students at newy, and some that live on campus. Will keep ya in mind next time we wheel.
