Was talking to one of the guys at autoalliance about disconects...
He says as follows:
>We do not supply the sway-bar disconnects. They sound good, and operate OK
>when handling on a sales counter, but most makes also play jingle-bells.
>The
>other thing is that when fitted to the vehicle, it is a lot more tricky
>than
>it seems to connect/disconnent because even a slightl undulation in the
>ground places torque on the swaybar making it difficuly to get the holes in
>the new link to line up.
I said:
so best way to disconect is manually??
He Said:
I would if need be, but unless you are going to enter a Tuff Truck challenge
competition, you will find that the TJ will take you anywhere you'd be
prepared to take it without the need to disconnect.
I am definetly confused?? what do you guys have to say about this?
