have recently put a 32 32 webber on the zook but it floods really easily are there any setup tips to fix this problem

I have a 32/36 on my 1.6L and it goes very well... floods on mega uphills but is bearable...

so what do ya wanna know?
tell us when it floods. is it on steep uphills or when ever ya put ya foot down? What air filter are you using. tell us as much detail as you can in ill try to help you out

floods when on really bumpy roads seeems to draw to much fuel when accelerating ie, foot to the floor on take off floods at about 30 degrees accent 165 jets at the top and in the bottom of fuel bowl there is a 45 and a 60 what other info do you need.

ok your fuel float must be too high for it to flood on ruff roads. (fuel splashing about in the float.) The jetting will depend on what type of air box you are running. use 55/50 idle jets, 160/170 air corrector jets and if using a RAMFLOW filter use 115/130 main jets or if using stock airbox 110/115 main jets.

Top get the best out of a weber on a zook you need to have a free flow exhaust or extractors . ya will have more power if you use a ramflow.

How have you got it fitted? is the float at the front or rear of the carb? it needs to be at the rear or it will flood when going up hills. better to flood going down. also you should re-vent the float. this is very hard to explain as there are different typesof top plates for the weber. basically ya gotta block of the existing one and drill and pipe in a new one.
