Spot on Area54
Wouldn't hurt if bracket was slightly wider but definetly stick to the 5mm thick steel. of course if your talking a 7" lift extension bracket some bracing back to the diff wouldn't hurt either. Again, nice pics Area 54.
Cheers.

Just to get a rough guage.

Ahem, just under 2" in springs, 50mm body lift. It does look high, however the height conforms to the regulations in QLD.

Gee that photo must be an optical illussion as I had to do another one the other day for a client which was spot on 2" lift and my bracket was much shorter than yours. Hmm!! must be a computor glitch.

I'm still having problems with my valve set up, after installing a 2" lift.

I have measured the length of the spring, and its 207mm, and it is sitting about where it should (looks pretty flat).
The problem is, all my braking is on the front, even though the spring appears to be in the correct position.
The spring has no tension on the valve, so it is fully open (or closed), so I am assuming the spring may have stretched :?:

Should I just slot the current bracket so that the spring forces the valve to sit about halfway between each end?

sounds like mine,

if i were to move the lever by hand should there be some resistance to it? or should it just move freely?
