Kings leaf springs

Post by murcod »

I'm after some info on Kings leaf springs- their website doesn't have much of use on it and the local outlets seem to know stuff all.....

Do they have the friction reducing pads between the leafs; the "millitary wrap" for the second leaf; and do they use the bent over or bolted style leaf locators?

Finally, what are they like- are they prone to sagging with time, what are they like off road etc, etc?

Here's some info from Kings (via Email) :

The leaf springs do not have a military wrap nor come with friction pads, we use fold over clips not bolt clips.

The fact they don't have friction pads between the leafs is putting me off them- even my stock factory leafs have them... :?
