Not sure what to look at when looking at an old spark plug for good things or bad things,so what does this mean
the plugs have done about 25-30000k`s

What fuel are you using & what car ? They look pretty good for the Km's but.

Grey can mean too lean or actually they are just new.

If there is no physical damage to the points then they are fine.
