can i get these off and replace them my self? or is there a need for a press.
my dad's HIACE van needed a press to get the old wheel bearing off.
anyway, i some how blew both left and right side oil seals, as i have diff oil on both rear wheels, and rear brakes dont lock up anymore. not good.
and yes, my diff breather is clear and clean and is inside the rear panel inside the vit. at least i didn't blow a pinion oil seal. i just spent $200 on the bloody wheel bearings, talk about steep or what.
anyway, do i need a shop to do it for me?
cheers
Steve

a press would be easier...
you can grind em down then smack em with a cold chisel and hammer to crack the bearing...
but ..........COVER YOUR EYES..... also dont hit the shaft...
