OK guys doz any one elce have problems with breaking swivel pins in wt zooks?
i have broken the drivers and pasengers side now getting sick of it.

If it is a king pin ( swivel pin ), could be a lack of grease in the bearing and swivel hub or incorrect preload on the bearing! just my $0.02.

WTF are you doing to it to break those pins ??
In about 90,000 Kmos of runing around with 32's to 35s I never showed any signs of wear or stress (bearings were farked frequently) ..

I would have to say user error ..

I've gone through my share of parts, but other than major f**k up on install I cant see how these parts would be the first ones to break

broken shit list..........

2 x diffs
2 x rear tailshat
1 x front tail shaft
3 x broken uni's
4 x bolts ripped out of transfur beyond repair
1 x stuffed gear box (still running it though just a bit hard to change gears)
1 x drowning kenwood cd head unit (now xplod)
2 x transfur cross members

and thats just the stuff i can remeber on a quick think.

about 6,000,000 odd broken and stripped bolts
But brenno i have managed to keep mine on its wheels and i havent had a head on with a 253 lux, and mine has all (most actualy) straigt pannels.





but getting back to the point..... doz any one have a spari one or know y the fuck they break... coz it is a bit weird.

Still sounds like user error to me .. still didnt mention how you busted em in the first place ... 4wheeling or being a dumb fark .
