Couple of probs with Man. Box, hoping for help,
1. When selecting reverse with clutch depressed, if car is still rolling forward at all, gearshift goes into R posn' but gears don't mesh and g/box grinds, with clutch still depressed, after car stops rolling I select neutral then reverse, all normal, anytime I select reverse with car stationary....all normal??????????????
2. When changing up through the gears, each time I depress the clutch there is a vibration (momentary) as I select the higher gear.
Thrust Race..........I'm thinking for#2 but #1 Prob not sure where to start, is it linked to #2 Prob?????????????????????
Thanks in advance........I Hope..........Bone!!

I'm not bloody surprised!!!! you should really stop before selecting reverse!
and yeah, possibly release bearing or worn/crudded up clutch
I wouldnt worry about any of them, by all accounts a lot the gearboxes on these have 'characteristics' (minor irritations!) I know mine does!
The hardest thing about owning a jeep is telling your parents you're g a y!!
