Leaf spring bushes?

Leaf spring bushes?
The new springs finally arrived, complete with polyurethane bushes.
Has anyone fitted their own? I've got 6 sets of bushes (obviously for front spring eye to chassis; rear spring eye to shackle and shackle to chassis on each side) - the only problem is one pair of bushes doesn't have the metal "crush" tube in the centre and I'm not sure where these should go. They look like they'll fit in either the rear spring to shackle OR the shackle to chassis- does anyone know which location these should go?
My guess is the rear spring eye, but it would be good to know before I start ripping everything apart.
Also what sort of grease has everyone used- lithium?

Been doing some searching and Castrol's website is very helpful. They recommend molybdenum disulfide based greases as you said. EPL2 and SBX2 (for extreme conditions) on shackles.
Found some pics of a Toyota leaf being fitted with poly bushes and they had the front spring eye with the crush tube; but the rear didn't have one?? Might be a matter of seeing what fits where as I think there is a miniscule size difference in the bushes.

also a good grease to use in rubber grease, make sure the bushes are lubed properly before fitting them otherwise they will squeak and you may never get rid of the squeak, when fitting the bushes, if you had the same trouble as i did with getting bushes, i had to use the geniune one but what i found was that the aftermarket springs were slightly narrower the the bush so i had to make up a spacer so that the spring wouldnt slide on the bush under extreme flexing, also make sure you do up the shackles when the car is back on the gound in its normal riding position, otherwise it puts the bushes under extreme load when it the standard ride position.
2inch body lift, 2inch suspension lift, 30/9.50/15 muddies, pacemaker extractors
My springs came with the bush at the front fitted from memory, the rear I had to fit. Tough dog do a separate bush kit for the feroza.
Dont forget to tension the U-bolts at resting height at fitting and recheck their tension at 500km. I had to cut some metal off the bottom of the new bolts as well, so they didnt get caught on crap offroad.

On boooooost!!
Thanks for the tips guys. It's all in, but not without some drama.... I'll post the details under the leaf spring thread.
Croz, you were right the metal tubed bushes did go into the rear spring eye. On narrow tracks the springs are narrower than the shackle -> chassis mount- didn't realise that until it was all apart today. Once that was established it was obvious where all the bushes went.
Found the proper moly grease, Repco and Supercheap didn't have any (unless I wanted a 5kg tin ) - Big W of all places had some Valvoline that was 3% Moly.
