Muduppig,

Have scanned in the relevent sections of the manual but they are in PDF format and I cannto send them via this forum as PDF is not allowed.

If you get this message, PM me with your email and I will send them to you.

Or.. can the administrator give me rights to post PDF's?? If he is listening

Will be off line after 12PM !

Cheers

Glad to be of help.

Cannot get a paper workshop manual (or at least from what I could find) for the 97 - 2002 TF models. For a vehicle that nearly every 3rd commercial is, it blows me away that there has been no 3rd party manual written.

The only manual that I could get was purchased from Holden on CD being the Holden Service & Maintenance Information CD Version 2.0 Light Commercial and Recreational Vehicles SMI....... Holden Part number 92148175... It is the full workshop manual in PDF files.

Being the only manual on earth, Holden have you by the short and curleys at a price of $270.

But on the other hand it does comprehensively cover the following vehicles:-

TF Rodeo 98 - 2002
RA Rodeo 2003
UES Frontera 1999 - 2000
UES Frontera 2001 -
UBS Jackaroo 1998 -

Oh and dont forget the YG Cruze 2002 onward.

I was a bit narced at the price when I first bought it but it has saved my bacon a hundred times over so I cannot complain (and a few on this forum as well).

The only prob with it is that it is copy protected and if you install it it required a call to Melbourne to get a rego number to use it. Each individual PDF file (and there are a few for each model) requires a password that is parsed to it from the opening login and you cannot by pass it as you, the owner does not know what the password is!

Anyway, that is my bitch for the day!!

Dani4jbit,

Fairdinkum.... actual workshop manuals.... I spent months looking for a manual for the TF, even contacted some mob in the UK with no success. Are they software based or hard copy.

Not that i need them now but I would be interested as to where you scored them from.

Cheers

I bought this manual in Argentina. It´s a CD with PDF documents. Easy to send via e-mail. My CD includes the manuals for 97-02 TFR/TFS, 2000 Bighorn-Amigo-Wizard (only petrols), and the NKR-NPR light trucks.

cheers
