Obviously this site is living up to its reputation. After reading the previous posts I should not have attempted to cleared myself. It is just a feeding frenzy. I do not care what someone has put into the database. Obviously anyone can get into it. Get a life. see ya.

One final post. Thanks Bill, at least there is one reasonable person on this site. You can have it though.

South Park & Inspector Rex

Seriously, the show is tops Simon. When I see you cruising into film shoots in a gold plated 2005 Range Rover Vogue, I'll start thinking your making too much out of the show.

We have half the population saying nobody uses 4x4's for offroad use then when we have a show that proves we do we shoot at ourselves. :?

Keep on with the hard core stuff, maybe a bit of middle of the road stuff could be good too, like park reviews, but if I wanted picnic spots to drive a CRV to, I'd watch Great Outdoors.

Have you guys considered distributing your show via bit torrent?

At least it wouldn't cost you a whole lot to host it, as it will be shared by the viewers.

Quite a good technology if you are willing to share it over the internet.

Another point in defense of Ian (Rangy Bitsa) If he had been hanging around this site all this time in the guise of P76 Rangie he would have known by now that StrangeRover and Outerlimits were connected. It is pretty obvious from his posts that he was unaware of this fact.

who gives a crap about rangiebitsa and p76rangie......i dont get on this forum to read fights but that was goddamn funny ... cause if i was trying to hide my tracks i would have tried the same thing, however he didnt realise about his ip address... he got busted and now we will never hear from his pathetic little self again i hope......

he did have sort of a valid point but, that not everyone will like what they do on 4wd tv but it is called creative criticism... not criticism that is levelled directly at someone.(which is what he did)...i for one thought this thread was pretty funny but it is not the image that we should be portraying to the big wide world.....the sooner everyone realises that we need to keep working to improve this sport/recreation in australia then the better we will be....as for 4wd tv i am going to have to fix my aerial cause i cant get reception here so when i do i will comment on it...and who cares about ads etc on it.... if you dont have ads then you dont have a show.....keep doin what you are doing simon and when you get praise or criticism about your show take it on board and learn from it...with a bit of luck and with all the hard work you are putting into it you will definitely succeed...

oh and ruff or sam maybe this thread could be cleaned up a bit to get rid of the petty bullcrap...

my 5c ;)

cheers david

I agree with 80lsy gq. It would be good to clean this thread up so all the people who give a toss about when they will get to see the show can ask first hand and find out
And Simon when you do make some profit from your show Good on you you prob deserve it cause i shore as crap wouldnt do all that work for no reward except from near strangers saying "top job mate keep it going"
Cause that doesnt put food on the table and a roof over your head . If you find yourself steeling phone books to wipe your ass you know your doing it tuff. Any way look forward to a cleaned up thread

After reading the above i have to say every1 has an opinion and has the right to it!

I watch 4wd tv every thursday and i must say i love it!
too many commercials-yes
not long enough-yes
But my point is its a gr8 show and we have nothing like it.
These guys running/presenting the show are doing us the favour.
In my point of view this show can/will get better if they have more sponsership.Sponsership means more money.More money means then show will go on and only get better.
If it means more commercials/advertising to keep the show-im all for it!!!!
Keep up the excellent work 4wd t.v :!: :!:

Obviously Strange Rover has been able to hack your database as I had not listed my email address in my details. I would think that hacking the database is a severe breach of your rules and he should be removed from the forum. Or do the rules only apply to some.

Everybody can see your email address below your posts if you click on that email button it appears in the lower window IE box so it's not "strange rover" hacking into the database
