I asked the same question last week and was recommnded a Molybendum Disulfide (spelling?) based grease.

Did the rounds of all the usual car parts outlets (Repco, Supercheap etc) and couldn't find anything smaller than a 5kg tub!? Ended up finding some at BigW - Valvoline 3% Moly for around $7.

if your not using rubber bushes and using neroprem bushes i just use castrol APXT ...

I use Castrol LMM (3% moly, lithium complex). You can get all those Castrol greases in tubes, as well as tubs.
