OK I am wanting to put lokkas (probably lockrite - thats all i can afford at this stage) in the front and rear of my LN106 Hilux.
The trans/axle code is G285 so I take it that it has a LSD (which isnt working)?
Apparently you can't buy Lockrite lokkas for LSD's anymore so I need to replace the rear diff with an open centre?
Do all Diesel Hilux's have the same diff ratios?
Can I use a front one in the rear if I find one?
would I be better off swapping the whole rear axle with an IFS axle (wider track?) & are the rear diffs and ratios the same between IFS and Solid axle versions?

For Leaf front Hilux PN-1610
For non LSD rear Hilux PN-1610

As bubs said - Air Locker all the way! Strength, functionality and a compressor to boot! Save up - Its worth the money. Also if you get the air lockers tell em $$ is the key and your not going to fork out the extra, also tell them comp work is an option in the future and i got HD lines and the weld on gaurd thingies as well no extra cost! I was happy with that
If your pulling out the guts of both diffs relace with ARB jobbies! I did front air locker and mate did 2 x lockrites - i run circles around him all the time!
Could be a large amount of driver skill involved Serioulsy go the ARB airies!
