are hilux rims 6 stud pattern and would suit patrol?

the stud pattern is the same, however the centre hole may be too small. hilux rims are also likely to have too much positive offset to suit a patrol.

depends on the offset dude i took the alloys off my '85 hilux and put them on my '90 patrol with out a worry :D

Correct, the is around 3mm difference in the centre hole size, nissan is larger. Putting a Nissan rims on a yota will also reduce your track width (less stable).

Aftermarket alloys (?) wouldn't have the correct size hub hole anyway - they're always too big!
