who's running a twin snorkle setup on a GQ that doesn't look shitty

I'm looking for ideas for one if anybody can help

or it there's a safari snorkle that will go on the d\s and blend in well with the p\s GQ safari snorkle ??

there is a safari snorkel that fits on the other side but it isnt the same length. ones short, ones long.

Airtek make a snorkel for both sides of a prado that may fit a GQ. You'd have to check that the profile of the guard is similar enough to fit properly. The snorkels are mirror image.

there is a red GQ in the new 4wd Monthly mag that is whering twin snorkels but it doesn't say from what vehicle the other one is from......Looks neat.....Try the 4wd monthly forum for answers

it does look neat if you dont see pics from side on, take a look and you will see one is a standard GQ safari snorkel, and the other is shorter,
as in, doesnt runn all the way to the front of the guard.

I do... but if doing it again would seriously consider the newer trend of running a huge truck style inlet down the back of the cab and under the seat etc etc. You will see this on Kym Boltons truck at the XWC at Emu Creek and a successful green Gold Coast GQ at the LCMP Expo in May.

thanks peter, i'm just not keen on having a 4" to 5" pipe running thru the cab under the navi's seat! (it will look shitty) and drive me nutts tripping over it too!

i've seen one done were they made up a square duct that goes under the seat.

the right one would be shorter because of the washer bottle and other shit on that side :D

sorry dude there is no washer bottle on that side There is the primary battery and an electrical box and other elec crap

Where's the washer bottle in yours, every GQ/Maverick I've seen has theirs in the front passenger corner.

I am looking for an MQ snorkle for my GQ to make the pipe run shorter.
