quick q... need urgent help

i always push my zuk in and out of my driveway... (mum doesnt trust me with the keys)... ive been doin this since i got my zuk.... i did it today went to back it in in neutral and the steering locked up... what could this be..... the pointed to the right with 5 cm of freeplay in the wheel.... what could this be.... any ideas... urgent please

the steering wheel will lock itself if you try and turn it without the key in the ignition and on accessories or something like that..... :D

ignition lock you need to put the keys in the ignition and give the wheel a bit of a wiggle to disengage the lock. It's there to stp people from pushing their Zuk around the driveway when their Mum isn't looking. Do you also make Brmmmmmmmm Brmmmmmmmmm noises :D

its normally in the court next to the other zook... but i put carpet in it so i needed to move into the driveway..... this is the first time ever the steering has locked...

Let this be a lession, never coast down a big a$$ hill with a T junction at the end of the hill with the keys out of the ignition

HEY LEAVE HIM ALONE I PUSH MINE ALL THE TIME, i park it badly out the front so i just push it into where i want it , and me the same as him not licenced i used do alot of pushing untill we put the engine back in lol my parents trust me with the keys :D

I feeel for you Da Zook i to have had run ins with the steering lock and just going WTF, like today when i was adjusting the steering :rofl:
