Found this link shame i cant read Jap but its the first website i ahve found with one. 300 000 yen is about $3600 aus but mabey we can get a bulk discount. Have email them and will keep you updated

I have seen some of these tops while I was in Japan a while ago. Only my opinion but they are pretty ugly in a 'not quite' Paris Dakar looking way. There is a NZ made equivalent that is far better made, almost looks stock Paj. They were selling them in Slacks Creek, QLD for $3000 about 3 years ago. I opted for a brand new genuine top 3 months ago for $1200.

$1200 for a new fabric top as in miti genuiene?
I was told they were in the 3-5 grand range, where did you get it from?

earlier post, look here for info. BTW there is a NZ made canopy on a J TOP SWB getting around Canberra, haven't yet been able to talk to owner.

THats the one most imports wear, now can you tell me who makes it and or where to get it from?

I just got this car... as used car. So I didn't actually purchased the canopy.

However, before I actually got the car, when I was doing my research on the J-Top, I asked a mitsubishi dealer about it, they checked with Mitsu Japan and told me it's available.

Lemme check if I can get the part number for you. Otherwise, I reckon that you can approach your local dealership and find out more abt it.
