There are so many other zooks in the US i would much rather aspire to. This thing looks like it has spent a weekend at the speedway.
He is the god of zuk's, he is the essence to every modded zuk in america. Geez ruff do a search.
Zooks are all about cheap...... And this rig is hand made!
I know you build buggies and all but have you built your own hoppers??
Oh he's been on heaps of UA's

Yeah I aint so big on the quality of the work and he is so patient in regards to breakin sh1t. He is ALWAYS fixing his POS...
I am big on the F... it attitude and when I was in Moab he was trying lines that all the other guys were saying "I aint doing that to my truck..."
More competent full body Zuk? Link me please!!!
Gone drag racing......
Are you trying to say this is the most Capable Full Body Zook in the US. Or that Tim is keen to give anything a go. There are so many other zooks built in the US that are as capable if not more that look as clean as.
It may be a cheap build and the guy may be cool and all but you cant honestly say it looks good. Hey i will attemp any line that even looks slightly drivable but i would never let my rig get to this stage.
There are so many other Zooks on Pirate that look unreal and im still yet to see a Zook in Aus that looks nearly as good as most of them.
My own opinion is that Paul Pissani has the best looking Zook in Aus. Which with a little work could easily be the most capable in Aus.

You really don't understand do you!
Even the guys on pirate aspire to be like tim hardy..... they have a thread on him to!
He helped model hardcore zooks. Sure you can say their is better looking more capable zooks but how much did it cost them and are they prepared to take any line. I recon one fox shock cost more then his complete front end.
He also has a zuk shop as well and does a lot of work zuks on pirate!
I think you will find the wheel bearing issue may have been because he was using wider tires then usual.

he doesn't have a Zuk shop, I'm pretty sure that he is actually a fabricator of vintage car panels all done by hand.
As said he was one of the original guys to discover the capabilites of the Sierra. back in the day aftermarket support was pretty much nil so he made the stuff himself. He hand cut gears, made custom under drive systems, fabbed up hybrid diffs etc using comn=binations of Mustang, Subaru and Sierra parts.
He was in one of the first Top trucks and came second in a beutiful silver Sierra towing a trailer the whole time
It's like the whole Jeep thing you just don't understand

After a little research I found the answer at Samurai Specialties in Placerville, California. Samurai Specialties is essentially a one man shop run by long-time Samurai guru Tim Hardy. Tim is considered by many to be the founding father of "built" Samurais. Tim has developed a number of trademark modifications including raising the wheel arches for additional tire clearance.

Did you know that you used "look" 6 times in that post.... Looks are NOTHING!!!!! Yes I believe that this would be the most capable fully body Zuk in the State.
If he had repaired the thing every couple of years it would "look" acceptable but it doesnt appear to have been repaired since the 90's hehehe
I know and like Paul but his Zuk (Which isn't much Zuk anymore) is not even in the same league as this truck....
Eddie's rig is spotless and easily the best looking Zuk I've ever seen but IT wont go where Tims will. I have seen both attempt Dump Bump and I had to help push Eddies back onto his wheels whereas Tim just pulled his valves out and motored on up
