need to narrow down the question a bit dude...
if u want info on a surf, try the toyota section... do some searching and maybe PM someone that looks friendly ;)


as to other vehicles, everything has it's pro's and con's... all depends on what u wanna use it for etc. i'd recommend a zook, unless ya want comfort, power, room, or the ability to do highway speeds for long periods of time :D

they r head gasket blower ,a head cracker,has a expensive clutch replacement sceem

most eng failure occurs half way back from a qld trip for some reason
the v 6 is hell thirsty too

a positive there flash with all the extras

have also heard there hard on heads ,very prone to cracking.

I had a 95 SSRX 1KZ. Better motor than earlier ones and go harder than many others. You can get a little more from the 3ltr if needed. Same motor as the new Hilux here in Oz but no intercooler. Great moter.

2.4s are 30lt the way to go
