Thats me with the blue and yellow helmet navigating in the shorty!

That was fun!

The black zook in the the background copped a floggin all weekend, it was quite a Scanas car, everyone was driving it!
The black zook snapped the front spring amongst other carnage whilst getting snatched out of the bog hole!

It was a fun weekend!

the front wheel was wedged between 2 rocks, he was trying to drive it out but it kept on trying to drive over itself and rolled. I think he was the about the only one to drive the first section of the track.

Paul and Pete drove it. Did anyone else drive it?

Is your zook welded in the front too? The black one needs a few mods so it will turn a bit better, the bent diff wouldnt be helping too!

I was navie for gonads in the mud, did you see our first line over the hump? I said to him before we started that i reckon it is going to be too undercut on both sides and it will just sit on the rails so he should go at it at a bit of an angle. It was funny!!

Nathan's purple one is a bit unstable on side angles but it goes well. I have never really looked at his brothers.

It was a really good weekend.

Did you go on the self drive track at all? You should have seen the tracks i made up there on saturday night. I was 3 parts pissed driving someone elses car, i wasnt caring about anything!

I was there with a few mates.

It was a top weekend but there were a few things that could be improved.

The hill climb was meant 2 start @ 8am and never started until around 9
If an event is meant 2 start at a certain time it should start close 2 that time.

Who saw the falcon ute go through the mud and run into the Pajero. There were 2 many 4WDs in there and things coulda been worse.

Also it took forever 2 recover the GU patrol and 80 series landcruiser from the bog hole.

What time did the bog hole finish? me and my mates left just after the 2 4WDs were recovered from the boghole.

I'll try and get some pics up in a few weeks

It was an awsome event :finger: :finger:

One of the main reasons for the hill climb starting late was the event organisers had to do some repairs to the modified hill climb because of some idiots tried driving the night before and dug some big holes and loosened a couple of the trees on the track.
I think we should be greatfull that they put the event on.

Theres just no pleasing some people
The Bog Hole ran all day and they had ONE slow recovery ( Bugger )
The Hill Climb held you up for 1hr (lucky there wasnt a roll over
And the guys that were playing in the mud well i stayed away from that cause drinking and driving doesnt mix
Why dont you have a look at the whole event . It ran from Thursday to Monday with a lot of entrants I honestly think it ran smoothly
The Jamboree commitee and the clubs that ran the events deserve a pat on the back
Not critisim

I agree with you gordon
The allcoast club competed all weekend and think the organisers need a huge pat on the back.
The people that criticize the weekend should maybe put there hand up next year to help out and just see how hard it is to run a weekend like this.

The mud drags Saturday night under lights was well run, with the track condition not changing much all night.

:) That silver 1986 Hilux that won was fast!!
Nothing even looked like matching it speed let alone beating it.
Some one said it had the 2.4 diesel replaced with a 3.0L 4 pot diesel from a Jackaroo. What a weapon! No V8 under that bonnet. :finger:

Go The Diesels :D :D

I've got the black zook with the purple roll cage cut down to a tray back.
I was there with the allcoast 4wd club.
