Never seen a bead popped back on like that. They obviously sprayed aerosol in the tyre and lit it. Made the air/aerosol expand enough to pop the tyre back on the rim. Easy way to do it I guess. Not the safest way though

This is one of those things that people "discover" from time to time. More photos around some where of one that exploded and seriously injured chap.

you mean like this..................

the aim is not to use too much of the chemical you spray in, so the inside of the tyre doesnt catch fire and burn.................

we used to do that with stouborn atv tires since the ones more used on the track are a heaps soft compond and only 2-3 ply...they just stretch with the air..so out comes can o ether and you get a propane torch....spray some ether in the tire....get behind a table layed down...put torch around the table and ......KABOOOOM.. the tires in the air...verry warm and has about 120psi in it

seen this done on rigs in antarctica with 44" rubber. The amount of aerosol is critical :D

you need a lot of air pressure (big tank) and its gotta be sitting on the wheel correctly.. it normally just seats itself - watch your fingers :D
