Difference PTO winch Attachment

Hey guy's,
just a query I have, I have a HJ60 wagon with a 5 speed box in it,
I have just been offered a PTO winch for it rather cheap, but the winch is off a 4 speed box.

Now I was told that with a bit of cutting & welding, that it can be made to fit. Anyone be able to tell me if it is possible (as everything is possible) :D
