injector pump going???

hey my hilux is idling wierd the last few weeks. When I start it on a cold morning and drive around for a bit it idles at 950 even when it's warm. Then on some other days it idles normally at 700. I haven't touched the manual idle, so it's really confusing. I'm thinking the injector pump might be going.

If it has a TPS I would be checking that first.

I would check that your whole throttle system is free and lubricated before you check the pump. That includes the little dashpot vaccum servo looking thingy that idles up when your aircon is working.
