I've made a few. The ones I had in my Bravo lasted a good five years before I pulled them out before selling the truck.
They're still sitting in the factory if your interested.

I'm in the process now of making a set of draws for the back of my TFS.
I scored some 750mm ling heavy duty runners from a computer rack and am welding up a frame out of 25mm square tubing. Plan is to have 18mm sealed MDF on the top with marine carpet on this.
The overall height is 370mm as I have a 100 mm cavity at the very bottom to house my camping table and bench seats. Two 220mm draws sit on top of this and since the runners do not go all the way to the back, I have a large storage area at the rear that I am putting my tents, and other camping bits & peices. The space either side of the draws will house ropes, fuel for the stove and lighting and some of my recovery gear.
All calculated the weight will be around 70Kg.
With a 3rd set of runners I am making a sliding fridge tray that I can take out when not needed.
Started the whole thing last weekend, probably finish it in a few weeks so I'll take some pics with the progress.
All up the steel for it has cost me $65 at my local Metal Land, and estimating the entire finished unit will cost me under $150 - $200.
Cheers
