Anyone know the free and compressed lengths of standard GU shocks?

front and rear if possible.

Just throw them away `and get longer softer shoocks and springs and be done with it.

Cheers guys, looking at a poor mans 4" lift on a GQ and as I can get as new OE shocks for nothing these are ideal!

If by OE you mean factory shocks, I dare say you're not gunna be happy. I have 3" Dobinson coils in my GU and the shocks are about 20mm from maxed out ... at neutral height. (May be a little different on GQ but I don't think so)

GU shocks are much longer than GQ ones.

The standard GU shocks are about the same length as the OME 'L' series shocks for a GQ!
