Does anyone know how to go about tightening up LSD's?

nah seriously... different shim thicknesses...

or you could try and wedge different clutch material in it

is your front diff in your pathy the same as your rear diff? did you just put another rear diff in the front?

I put a rear diff out of a navara into the front. (Well the guts of it into the casing of the pathy's original front diff) I think the navara diff was a C200. But it needed some slight modifications. and it's basically an R200 now.
