350 cooling issues

Post by modman »

i've helped my brother stick a 350 into the shorty mav.
after much push and shove the motor is running well, but we are having cooling issues
the stock rad is being used and it was just cleaned out(not recored)
we are using EL twin thermos.
does this setup usually work.
aussie desert coolers are around the corner and will do an upgrade for $500
any ideas what works, before we junk stuff and buy custom.??
