2005 TTC is now a Driving Event!!!!
Winching is worth 25 points. And a Back and Fill(Reverse) is worth 2 points.
BRING IT AWWWN
Also not that i cared about the spare tyre rule but you do not have to carry this while competing. It does have to be kept at the start of each course though.
Hooray, someone IS thinking of the kittens !!!!!!!

hmmmm if i wont $12K huh.... pfffft easy! CASINO AND HOOKERS AND BURBON!!!!!!
Yes - guilty as charged!
I have made the Tuff Truck officials aware of my feelings on this issue. And although both sides understand where each other is coming from, I don't think it is fair on team sponsors. A blanket rule (from B pillar forward) doesn't leave much on a single cab ute.
There is an ongoing problem in my opinion and it's that the competitors are not given the respect they I believe they deserve. As others have stated, we're there to have fun and put on a show. We are the ones who are out of pocket for the weekend. Each competitor is spending thousands on merely attending the event for the spectators enjoyment.
I'm not dirty on anyone as everyone has their own interests. If the rule required certain desinated areas of defined size then fair enough but I think the rule as it stands is too demanding.
Hopefully my aingst will translate into an entertaining drive at TTC!
beebee, judging by your recent form, i reckon you can place top 5 without too much drama.
but come on with scotty out there representing the good people of jimboomba, you guys cant expect too much respect.
make up some flags for sponsors???
or tell ya what you get me your sponsors logo on shirts and i will wear it proudly! giving exposure! or i could write "endless air" on my back with an arrow pointing DOWN if they fix me up with some gear! hwos that for marketing GOLD!

come awn, give a guy a break i was drinking at werock and havign to put up with scottys bablings and constant "COME ON DAVE" screams. so i kinda forgot. hey i knew it was the air bottle place!
so yeah "AIR UP" and an arrow up is fine by me dave!
walking advertising..... you dont get better then that!
With a lot of other similar events if your don't put the event sponsors on your car you forfeit the chance to win the prize money (ie you come first you get jack sh*t but you sponsors get the media coverage). If you were a team that relied heavily on sponsors this may be the only way to go. Does TTC offer this option?
