Post by Doggy »

As the title suggests I need my winch hook reattached and im in brissie. I have had it done once before but cannot remember where is was done. I think it was at coopers plains or salibury.
Anyone know anywhere on the southside of brisneyland that can do it

Without a doubt, Rob O'conner from Custom Cables is one of the nicest blokes you will meet.

He shortened my 45m winch calbe into 1 x 27.5m winch cable & 1 x 17.5m extention strap. He put to thimbals into each end of the extention strap & the lug on the end of the winch cable for $40, he even did it there & then when I walked in off the street.

Top service, he even helped me spool the winch cable back onto the drum.

Can agree with Mytqik, having worked at Custom Cables for a fair time I can pretty much say they would be able to help you out with any cable issues. Top bunch of blokes.

Cheers
