I'm after a std or Long range tank for my 94 Defender.

I have a standard tank from a 92 200TDI Defender in good condition with no dints or rust i would sell for $200 + Freight. Its located in Brisbane.

cant see it costing more than around $50 to get it to Melbourne... even then it is excellent value... :roll:

well yes it would cost $50 for post.
i can get a tank from Ritters down here with warrentee (ie they say it wont leak) for $200

i'm thinking, if i spend $200 on a used, id put that $$ towards a long range.

New Std tanks are only $380

Here in the west we get slugged $550 including the sender unit

Sorry to Hijack but you know anybody that will freight a used petrol tank. I cant get anybody to do it

Try Pack and Send, They claim to be able to send anything. I sent a diff with them.
