how much does ur range rover classic cost to u all ????

mine is a 86 4 door, 5 speed, 3.5 carb. has 230,000 km and 50,000 on overhaul engine, it cost me $ 1,200 (us dollars)

My 83 cost $2700 and the add-ons are probably twice that. The rollover of my 93 Rangie saved buckets on mechanical repairs though so that was a saving grace in many ways.

Fuel costs?? Dunno, just fill the tank when the light comes on :D Plus have a ball giving it a hiding off-road :armsup:

My 79 4.4 dual fuel cost $2500 2 years ago.

It has had all the work done for me.
Twin gas tanks.
Twin Sill Tanks.
Swing Away for spare and twin jerry cans.
Koni shocks
Springs of some sort.
Flares
4.4L P76 engine
Electronic Ignition
Roof console
Bullbar & spotties

Since the purchase, I have replaced:
Radiator hoses
A Arm Ball joint & bushes
Some other bushes
Front shockie (1 only)
1 ex valve (plus parts)
1 muffler (ex valve let gas into exhaust - result - big boom)
Speedo right angle drive
Swivel seals & bearings
Probaby some other stuff that I've forgotten


I'm happy :lol: because it's not that expensive :!:

Oils leaks are a factory option to prevent rust!
