QLD modifications

Post by whiteknight »

A mate told me that one of the inspectors that looked at his body lift said that QLD were going to relax their modification guidelines in the near future.

Anyone else heard of this and to what extent i wonder????

Maybe it's 50mm body lift OR 50mm suspension lift, not both. And you need bigger stronger bolts because of the extra height.

A 2'" body lift using 12mm grade 8.8 bolts x 8 in most car give or take, is more than strong enough.12mm is standed on patrol. It's more to do with materials used in the blocks and body warp for the legal view of it..
