shocks

Post by Hoonz »

i've just removed my procomp shocks ... i think i've given them a good abusing over the last year with 4 comps and nearly every weekend inbetween ... slow and fast

and i think its time for a new set as the cases are all dinged up

quick question
when i shake the shocks it sounds like theres water in them
good or bad

It's the oil luke. if you had water in them you would notice oil leaks around the seals, the leaks would attract dust.

hey kev long time no see
nice avatar its u all over :finger:

looking at upgrading to the MX6 shock depending how much extra they will cost me .. if not will be using the same standard procomps
they copped a big flogging and stood up for 18 months pretty good in my eye

cant afford to go koni or blisten
and no many problems with other shocks so it seems

$120 sounds good but because i have the in cab kit for the shocks id like to keep with adjustables.

Might stay with the Ranchos for a while then.
