I dont understand why you would remove all these?

Airlockers are easy to get and IMO not that expensive.
Winch. Its a low mount and could be replaced for under $1000.
Rockhoppers. You have said yourself that a dual case would be a more suitable setup if you did it over again.
Longfields i can see reasons to pull them as they are expensive and most people that would buy this rig prob wont realy need them.
Swampers and beadlocks i would prob keep.

Now with all the other mods it has most people would expect it to have lockers and a gearset at least otherwise its no where near as capable as it is now.

The vehicle has had a fair bit of comp and public exposure and this prob only adds to its value. As guarenteed there would be a lot of Hilux wannabee's out there that would do just about anything to own your rig.

Now the average price for a '93 lux in stock condition is around the 10G mark and i beleive you could prob get at least twice this if not more to the right buyer.
Not that i would pay that.

Airlockers I wound keep them because I could use one in the front of either new rig or the cruiser (80), have other as spare. Or I might even just leave 1 in the Lux, this isn`t decided yet.
Winch. Cruiser (80)
Rockhoppers. I have only ever said that twins would be good for the option of having standard low as well as low low, not that twins are better. Now depending what I would get I might be able to use these in the new rig or sell em to a mate as a lot of my mates down here have luxs. I`d pefer to sell em to a mate then leave em in the rig.

Now out of interest if I was to sell it I would build either a 75 series with V8 petrol or desiel (undecided), auto, SOA, Q78`s to start with then up to 38`s or 39`s later, this one is the more then likely what I`d build. Or I`d build an early lux with V8 petrol and same as current rig basicly.

If you are thinking of building another hilux with a V8, why not just drop a V8 into the current hilux :?:

hey Guts I noticed in your list of mods you have a 40mm snake racing motor lift.
I am planning on building a new crossmember soon with a 40mm lift does snake racing sell these motor lifts or was it a one off for you?
It would save me a bit of a hassel if I didnt have to make my own.

PS sorry to hijack this post :)
