Snorkel for Pathfinder?
Snorkel for Pathfinder?
Hi all - my mate has a 92 Pathfinder and was wondering if a snorkel was available? I told him I doubt it, but thought someone may know if something else is a close fit?
Any info appreciated!!

Airflow ( I got one last year) make one for the Pathfinder and I think airtek do one as well. Just ask for a Navara one.

The navara windscreens have a different rake on them. ie. the angle of the dangle.

Navara doors also fit a pathfinder. The snorkle I have fits well too.

Nice... Might tell my mate. He's been looking for stuff to do mods to his pathy. Highly underated vehicle. The new one will be fairly good with a seperate chassis and similar size to a prado. They are going to use the same chassis for the next navara as well.

If it same shape as 2000 model, then in short, NO, there isnt one..
dudes on the pathfinders owners group forum went to great lengths to try and find one, but they gave up.

The 2000 model is way different.
And as Steve said, in the last link that bogged posted, Safari make one too. Steve's is a goose neck (safari) snorkle. Safari do not make the traditional type snokles for the pathfinder anymore. They used to. I have a pic of his snorkle, PM me if you want to see it. I went for the (airflow) traditional snorkle head, I just think they look better.

The new Pathfinders can only get a 2 inch suspension lift. There is nothing else that you can doo to them because of the mono rooster chasis..
The older ones, well the sky is the limit.
I agree, they are a good 4x4 but the front ends (steering) break easily. Thats why I put a Patrol live axle in mine. It was the cheaper option, period.
