Does anyone know where I can buy power chip to my Mitsubishi Pajero (2.8l TD IC year 1996)? I have found only powerchip to 2.5l modell. Help me ?

The 2.8TDI still runs a mechanical injector pump ??? So I don't think a chip is possible the same for the 2.5TDI.
Only the current 3.2GDI is ECU controlled so a chip would be possible for those.

Yep, I thought all the Paj diesels pre DiD were totally mechanical - don't use any electricity to keep them running.

You might be able to chip the glow plugs, for faster cold weather starting? :P

Fit a Big Bore exhaust and increase, or at least check, your current boost level. Then look at uping your fuel delivery.

Hi,

2.8 have not electronic power control like 2.5.

In Japan, 2.8 deliver 145 HPs instead 125 HPs. I don't know where you are in your country.

Otherwise, if you have 145 HPs, the only way is to increase pressure of the turbo. If yuou have 125 HPs, It is less easy, but possible too.
