As for the mag article. I reckon it shared it with a GQ ute and an 80series wagon. Think they where all part of an article from Maquarie 4wd. Not sure of the mag as I think was before 4wdmonthly. Think it might have been one of the overlander special mags I think.

yeah, vit 1600's have intake on the other side



My 1.6 sierra has the air box on the drivers side (carby) could be 1.3 carby hat on 1.6 ? :finger:

My 1600 efi is on the passenger side, as was Clint`s. Its closer and less plumbing to the super airconditioner charger.
