Good luck guys, we still have haeps to do, rebuild the front diff, new pegs, put the winch back together, replace fuel filters, fit a steering oil cooler, go shopping, pack all our stuff and plenty plenty more which i have forgoten. But if you think we are behind you should see Jeff Redmans car :armsup: mind you last year this time it wasnt even drivable, so he is ahead of where he was last year :lol:

Yeah safe trip for those leaving in the next couple of days my car is still on the hoist :rofl: but should be driving it home tonight :D pretty much have most of it done just needs a transmission & transfer case :armsup:

"drafty" do you work for on track 4wd in melbourne?? do you reconise the car that were taking on the outback?? you did an inspection in it about a month ago and we've been really busy since then prepairing the car for the OBC

A busy day in BH tday everyone seems to be under the bonnet or the car for one reason or another. Silver City is packed with compeditors doing last minute stuff before scruteenering today.

Time to go check in myself after replacing the power steering pump on our car!!

Its late on Friday night, most past scruitineering OK, lots of cars having troubles, us included, but all will no doubt get to SS1. I'm at the Caravan Park havong a few quieties with those that aren't at the pub.
Tomorrow is another day and I hope it goes better for everyone.

Rohan Canavan only left @ 2:30 this arvo after working 56 hours on his truck straight with about 8 hours sleep in total... :shock:

apparently there is small window of opportunity sat morning...

oh well i'll be leaving tuesday night at 5 should be awesome event :cool:

Also, I am sure Andy Hogg would want me to correct Hoonz above - Andy who rolled his Ibex on SS1 is in fact English not Scottish (although James Andy's nav is from north of the border). Just to make things as confusing as possible, the other Ibex is driven by a Scot and his Nav is English !! :roll:
Apparently there were no injuries in the roll, other than damaged pride of course !
